I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Metro Appliance. After confirming the call-out fee and labour fee, I booked an appointment. The information provided was transparent and accurate with no hidden fees, which was greatly appreciated.

Luke, the technician who came by, displayed professionalism and efficiently answered all our questions. The price was reasonable, and although he didn’t have the part on hand, the office provided us with a quote and a rough estimate of the total price.

We were so pleased with Metro Appliance that we requested Luke for the final appointment to install the parts. He not only installed them but also tested to ensure everything was working properly before he left.

Overall, my experience with Metro Appliance was highly satisfactory.

Came the day I rang with the problem. Turned up at the time they said they would. Very knowledgeable of the appliance, identified the issue quickly, and that the defective part – it was unusual that it failed. Ordered the part, came back promptly and installed. All pricing was agreed in advance, there were no variations, and they actually gave a discount because time taken to install was less than expected. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Thank you! I’d much rather fix an appliance than throw it out every time something goes wrong.
