Professional and human. I'm writing this review on behalf of my Mum who was treated respectfully and had everything clearly explained by Josh when investigating a problem with her washing machine. Options were clear and parts were found and replaced quickly despite the age of her washing machine. It's nice to know that companies and people like this still exist.
